Clients must provide a copy of their business license, then we complete a search service for similar trademarks. At ZeTian we provide professional and legislative advice, as well as power of attorney.
Our agents prepare and file official application to the China National Intellectual Association (CNIPA).
CNIPA will verify the file is complete, and all corresponding fees have been paid.
Examiner verifies that absolute grounds and relative grounds have been met. Once passed this stage the trademark in preliminarily approved for registration.
Approved applications will be published in the Trademark Gazette.
If there is no opposition to your application, or if the opposition is rejected the CNIPA will send you a trademark certificate.
